Has anyone worked with Carrington Mortgage Services?

I was am trying to refinance a Mobile Home and have experienced exceeding difficulty.  A local lender recommended Carrington Mortgage Services.  I had a conversation with them yesterday, and they seem legit and offer exactly what I need.  Has anyone had experience with them?
