How to find funds if unemployed?

Two years ago I quit my Job in which I worked for 11 years, I invested most of my savings in Single Family Houses, buy, fix and rent and so far is going good. Now I am looking into other options in finding funds to buy more properties, but since I am not on an employer payroll I believe will make it harder to find a loan and wanted to ask for your OoInIoms. I thought about getting equity loans but want to know if there are other options. Appreciate your tIme! Thanks in Advance

@Joaquin Arizpe Look for Non QM lender. They look at the property more than your personal income. Interest rate will be higher than traditional loan, but it will get you rolling into deals that traditional loans can’t.
