Any thoughts on refinancing (BRRR) with Rocket Mortgage?

Hi BP Family,

I am working with Rocket Mortgage on a refinance but I have an uneasy feeling about this process. The process feels pressured.  has anyone else had this experience with these guys?

Any recommendation for refinancing with a good lender that doesn't take the high pressured sales approach.

Thanks,

I'm a partner agent with Rocket Homes here in Las Vegas..  All in all, they're pretty good..

I close 2-3 residential home purchases with them every month and it all depends on the loan officer..  Some are great, some seem like its their first day out of college and they have no clue about sales or how to work with people..  They're HUGE so don't think your business is important to them..  That being said, I'd try and pound them on the terms (negotiate whatever they first offer you), and KEEP AN EYE ON THEIR CLOSING COSTS..  Sometimes they have great rates and terms up front and bury you in hidden costs towards the end

If anyones interested, I've got a no nonsense loan officer there that I can refer you to that knows what he's doing and will not crush you with hidden fee's etc..
