Hard Money Lender Recommendations

Hello all,

I'm looking for hard money lender recommendations for the state of Georgia. The loans would be between $50-$100k all in ( purchase and rehab). I'm looking to BRRR these properties. I've been looking into DoHardMoney and their loans . Has anyone used them to finance a property before?

What lenders are you using now/previously used.

What type of property was the loan for?

What terms did you receive?

Were you satisfied with the process, etc?
