Using VA loan to purchase MFH (2-4 unit) in WA State

I'm currently stationed in WA state and was thinking of using the VA loan to purchase a MFH. I was also curious if I would be able to use it again when I'm relocated in a different state? Is there a cap on what we are eligible for per state or total per person? Let me know if I should seek a VA specialist for more accurate information. Thanks

@Matthew Pool, A veteran can have more than one VA loan active at one time but there's a stipulation on how the Vet was able to do that. Because a VA loan is used for primary resident, but can be used again after (lived in for 1 yr) The Vet decides to upgrade or move away.
