@Kelly Claiborne, just sold the couple of properties I had left under my name in TX and would like to start an LLC in the state I'm moving to (AZ) but plan to invest out of state (maybe have and LLC for those statE to). Want to give myself some time to analyze properties, buy our home, and then venture back into REI. Feel like I'm investing like a newbie but with more information and method. Got capital this time around but just have to put things in order. Even more excited about REI. So more timing..
