Refinance investment property

I currently have a two family property purchased through a hard money lenders and looking for a bank to refinance me into a commercial loan any recommendation would appreciate

I would reach out to local banks and credit unions and see what programs they have available. They usually are flexible since the loan is traditionally staying on their balance sheet.
