New cash investor looking in a few markets and want to start putting together some local teams.  I'm in FL so will need some guidance, etc. with local laws, guidelines, and general knowledge.  Have a real estate attorney I use down here in FL but need boots on the ground in other areas.  Would love to network with some folks.
