Hello there everyone, very newbie to this great web site BP and still trying to navigate to it. I have few investment properties here in Ontario but all are single family homes. I am trying to invest in US (single family, duplex to four flex for now to buy and hold) and looking for well experience cross border accountant, lawyer, who is experience in entities and cross border taxation before start buying in Chicago or other areas in US. I am also looking for experience property managers, mortgage brokers and real estate brokers as well. Hope anybody can help me out to find good people and good connection to start. Email or phone nos. to call or any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you all.

Welcome to BP!  Glad ur on here....get plugged in by following the Forums...reading the posts, blogs, podcasts, etc.   Its free information at your fingertips.  Start networking and getting to know people.  This will help you with setting up your team to get deals done and get going.  I recommend becoming a "Pro" member and setting up keyword alerts so that you get notified whenever a topic comes up that includes that keyword you set up (comes in handy for investing in certain locations etc).  There is a lot more but i know you will hear from others on their advice!
