Need referral for lawyer in Atlanta / North Georgia

Hello,

I am a small investor (mostly tax sales) and I would like to find a lawyer to work with in Atlanta/North Georgia.   My immediate need is to answer a demand from a city (Gainesville, GA) that wants  me to pay for the demolition of a house that its in the the lot next door adducing that "they can't tell where the house is".  Also, In the near future, I may need help with an eviction in Gwinnet county.
