Need CPA who understands Rentals and Investors (Chicago, IL)

I've bounced around CPA's the first couple years and looking to know if there is CPA you have worked with that understands our business and provided you with solid advice as well as helped to minimize the taxes you payed out. Any help you can provide is appreciated.
