Milwaukee REIA Tax Strategies Event; June 24 (Saturday)
I'm a member of the Milwaukee REIA, which is hosting an all-day event on Saturday, June 24, with Bill Noll. Bill is an attorney and CPA who has a non-traditional methodology for forming and using LLC's for real estate investments. I won a gift certificate to attend the event at the Milwaukee REIA meeting last night, but I will be out of town that weekend and I cannot attend.
The event fee is $69, which (I believe) includes lunch. If you're interested in attending the event, I'll sell you my certificate for $30. You'll need to register before June 22 if you want to use this certificate.
The event is at the Brookfield Sheraton on 375 S. Moorland Road. Send me a message if you're interested.
