Can I Advertise a Referral Bonus For Distressed Properties?

Hi, I am a licensed realtor but do not actively list properties or work with retail buyers. My husband is a licensed mortgage loan originator. Can he advertise and promote referral bonuses or finders fee's for distressed properties? Would I be able to do that as well or are their rules or laws if either of us are licensed in the mortgage world or the realtor world?
