Seeking Lawyers/cpa in Texas and/or DFW area

I'm looking to form an LLC with my partner to protect us both as we start our own new rental property company (going to be utilizing BRRR strategy) and splitting equity and cash flow 50/50.

Looking for lawyer (or even) accountant with experience in real estate space, preferably one who invests himself in real estate.  Also hoping for one in the State of Texas.    Anyone have any good referrals?

Hi

I'm a real estate attorney in Dallas. Also own several rentals. Initially I wouldn't recommend 50/50, there is too great a risk of deadlock on vital business decisions.

Let me know if I can help

Ron

There are several pros on BP that are able to assist in setting up entities. For a partnership, I think it's best to have an attorney (who can help iron out an operating agreement) assist you and then hire a CPA for the tax strategies. Good luck with the new partnership!
