Real Estate attorney or Title Company in NJ

Hi BP,

I'm working on my first deal and have not yet reached out to a real estate attorney or title company. I'm curious to know what is more common in NJ. I'm looking for leases and making sure the deals are legally structured and anything else I may have missed.

hi Brian,

It sounds like you should start with the attorney, especially if you want your lease reviewed or written. Any Real Estate attorney in NJ will have title companies they work with and will manage the process if you hire them.
