Need a CPA, first time tax return with one buy and hold!
Hey everyone! I'm filing my taxes for the first time this year and I really want to hire a CPA to help me. I definitely waited to long, because everyone I called in my area last week is either not taking new clients or has not called me back. I'm getting really anxious to hire someone now and I am fine with a remote CPA, so if you are willing to hear my situation and hopefully take me on, please send me a message!

If you're looking to go remote, I can highly recommend @Daniel Hyman CPA, and his firm My Online Accountant, LLC based out of Milwaukee.
Definitely well-versed in real estate.
