Looking into Self Directed IRA investments websites, I looked at ahpfund.com (12% max return minus fees, etc) and lendingclub.com (under 6% return). Anybody have any other websites/companies to look into. My goal is that i want these investments to run on autopilot once set up. Thanks for any replies.
@Christopher Neil For retirement funds I like the idea of lending, performing notes, or JV on deals where you provide the capital and the JV provides the work. That keeps it as passive as it can be.
I went to lendingclub with a little money ($5k or so) and make around 3% returns. Pretty garbage. I don't know about ahpfund, but if you want to help people keep homes, JV a non-performing note ;)
Best of luck!
@Christopher Neil do you want to buy performing notes with your IRA? Thats fairly easy to do. returns are about 7-9%. mailbox money. I can get you in touch with someone if so.
