Do I have to prepare extra money in my self directed Roth IRA for maintenance/repair/tax/insurance if I invest SDIRA into LLC ?

or once I establish LLC then I can use my personal fund to take care all that?

@Paul Kit,

If you use IRA LLC to purchase an investment property, all of the income from the property must go back into the LLC and all of the expenses must be paid from the LLC. Using personal funds to pay any of the expenses related to the property owned by the IRA LLC would be violation of the IRS rules and will disqualify your IRA.
