I'm in the same situation. Do you end up with Michigan LLC or Wyoming? To Scott's point, you can maintain anonymity if you ask attorney to file for LLC and no need to disclose member in article of organization.

I ended up using a local real estate attorney. Costed me $1500. There were several addendum between I and the seller though.

for park owner in Indiana out there , do you guys have a certificate of occupancy stating how many lots it gets approved?

I can only find an operating license from Indiana state saying how many lots they approve. The city only provide a zoning verification letter but doesn't say how many lots the city approves for. 

Would this be an issue down the road?

@Bruce Lynn what would you recommend in order to proceed? 

Establish LLc first then open bank account under llc name and obtain EIN number?

I have a family member who wants to invest in a commercial real estate deal with me. How do I proceed?

Basically ,this is a residential multifamily property. I will have some stake in it as well.

Can he lend his money to the property LLC, collecting interest and also has some equity in it? He will be limited partner and does not have to sign a loan.

He is a foreigner , live abroad.

Any input appreciated.
