Accountant or Financial Services Recommendations Cincinnati

I was looking for advice on a good Accountant or Financial Services contact in the Cincinnati, OH Area. I am looking for flat fee based and not percentages.

@Nathan Harrison a lot of real estate investors (including me) work with @Phillip Weickert for our accounting, bookkeeping, etc. He's an investor himself and he's very good with how the tax code affects REI.
