need a CPA in NJ familiar with ROBS

Just formed my C Corp via mysolo401k.net. Company will be funded by next week, and I'll be looking at investments (I currently invest now with personal money). Would appreciate hearing from NJ CPA's who are familiar with the ROBS program and can also assist me in evaluating businesses (non RE) for purchase, as well as tax strategies. I'd prefer Central NJ location, Middlesex County. Thanks for all responses.
