Hi all,

Quick question. I live in Virginia and I’m buying a property in Maryland, planning to form an llc for it. I was wondering if the llc should be formed in Virginia or Maryland. Thanks in advance.

I registered mine in Virginia since that is where I live and own property in Maryland, my attorney said does not really matter between the two

If you plan on buying property in VA as well might want to then check yearly fees for an LLC, you cannot beat price for VA
