Legally suppose to disclose relationship in CA?

1. Are you [i]legally required by the Department of Real estate to disclose your relationship with the all parties of the transaction. I know that the California Association of realtors has a form but is this form required to be filled.
2. Are you [i]legally [b]required to disclose that you have Real estate license to all parties?

Gerald L. How is it that you're a licensed agent and don't know the answer to this question? Every real estate exam that I've heard of has this as a question.

Whether or not you are a principal on the deal, you have to disclose you are a licensed agent. Are you charging a commission? Do the buyers have an agent? Are you representing both sides of the deal? If they don't have their own agent, you need to use extra caution.
