Sacramento area CPA needed

I added 2 properties this past year giving me 3 properties in total. So i thought it might be time to use a CPA for my taxes instead of the normal H&R Block rep I usually do. Is it recommended to get a CPA? And does anyone have any recommendations in the Sacramento area?
