Recommendation for Tax Attorney to Discuss LLC Formation
Can anyone local to Columbia, MD recommended a tax attorney to whom I can speak concerning placing my two investment properties under an LLC? I will soon close on my second investment property, both of which I am acquiring under my own name using residential loans. I'd like to investigate putting both these properties under an LLC.
