Hi, I’m looking for a CPA in San Francisco area to give advice or guide me about getting my first rental property.

I live in San Francisco but am planning on buying in Ohio or that general area, Does it matter where the CPA is based?

I've got someone who is a CPA and a PM in Ohio that completely understands the game out there. Out of curiosity, why are you looking to engage a CPA out of state to advise you on how to buy real estate?
