Looking for Investor friendly appraiser in the Columbus Ohio area

I have my first BRRRR under contract in Columbus Ohio and the HML needs an appraisal As-is and ARV so what better place to ask than BiggerPockets.

I'm confused what your question is? 


Yes your hard money lender will need 1. an appraisal 2. a walk through from a rehab inspector.
