What info should I put on my wholesaling website?

I could use a little help. I've been a longtime landlord and rehabber, and dabbled in wholesaling. I've decided to do more wholesaling to fund my landlording expansion.

I put together a basic site to sell wholesale properties, and then stopped. I know the info I want, but is that what everyone wants to know? It seems like the people I have asked are about 50/50 on almost everything because, "It depends".

So to a larger audience, my question to you is this:
