Do You Buy IN Detroit ? Ive been geting leads that I would like to wholesale

Hi BPers. Ive been getting Detroit leads. I dont personally buy in Detroit so I pass them up.

What I would like to do is find some investors who do buy in the city so I dont have to pass up these deals anymore. My most recent is a property in Rosedale park. Once I get numbers together I will post the deal if it becomes one.
