We announce the date and time foe Metro Detroit Real Estate Investors usually during the first week of the month @Corrie Moore.

We use to move arou d to different venues every month. Troy seems to be the best area for the highest attendance.

@Tom Auterman and I would love for you to attend and start meeting some great people in Real Estate.

Its free to attend. Attendees are responsible for there own food and drink.

Dont be affraid to attend events. We hold them once a month and move venues and dates to help accomodate peoples various schedules and locations.

Free to attend. No sales pitches. Just networking, learning, sharing, teaching and building friendships.

I haven't been around much lately. But I am involved in a very active network. I co-host a local meetup with @Tom A. . He is the wholesaler in our network who seems to do very well at it and has for years now.

Ozone Machine, Duct Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning and depending what caused the smell, you may have to at least paint one coat over all the walls and ceilings. If you used Satin or Semi-Gloss paint then you should be able to wash all the wall, ceiling and other surfaces through out the house.

I haven't heard of Strongbrook but what is it that attracts you to them? Where are you looking to invest?

Warren is much better than the bad Detroit areas. 

I personally have rentals there. I know a handful of others who do as well. 

If you ever have questions on Warren or Hazel Park just hit me up. Hazel Park has increased in value a little quicker than South Warren though.
