I am new to the personal real estate game. I work for a national multifamily developer on the investments team doing lots of underwriting, comp and tax analysis, and land acquisitions so I do have commercial real estate knowledge. I want to get into BRRRRing properties once I have enough cash saved up, but would also like to start wholesaling immediately.
