Hi All,

We are now offering a 2nd fully amortizing 30 year mortgage on Investor properties that are either Free/Clear or have Solid Equity.  

Max loan amount is $350k; Rate range from 11-14% fixed.  No Pre-Pay penalty.  

Max CLTV is 85% with Full Doc, OR, 75% with 12/24 month bank statements. Max DTI is 50%.
