@Jamiu Omananyi - we often come across off-market STR's mostly in the N. GA Mountains, but also in the Florida markets you mentioned. Reach out with your contact info, and as I see them, I can pass them on. We also finance STR's.

Yes, Huntsville is becoming a hot market for both Resi and Commercial developments.  I work with builders looking for solid deals in this market.

@Sebastian Robles - let's connect.  As a lender, we work with a lot of local investor-agents, and obviously we can help with the 203k.  We finance a lot of fix/flips, dscr, ground up and commercial (not just ATL, but nationwide).

@Kevin Laddon - you can definitely cash-out more with a higher LTV. Rate will be probably .5 .75 bps higher.
