Hi friends! 

I work in home acquisitions for a fund and am looking to connect with investor-friendly agents or wholesalers that are looking for a regular buyer in the following NC markets: Fayetteville, Burlington, Winston-Salem, Greensboro, Thomasville. My sole purpose is to buy houses, not to buy at a discount - so I will not be competing with you for any margins and can make for a nice deal partner for those who want a consistent/reliable buyer. Buy Box:

- Strategy: Fix and hold

- Type: Single Family Residential

- Occupied/Vacant: Vacant & Occupied

- ARV: $60,000-$250,000

- Beds: 1-4

- Baths: 1-3

- Square Feet: 800+

- Minimum Market Rent: $800.00+

- Year Built: 1900+

- Discount to Value: Generally 85-90% ARV minus repairs

- We will not purchase anything above 175k

- We do not purchase any properties on flood plains

- Will not purchase on roads with speed limits above 35 MPH

- Will not purchase a property with a crime score over 80
