Hi all,

Im reaching out to the network to see if anyone has any referrals to a great property manager that manages 20-50 unit apartment complexes that they have personally worked with? We are looking expand in the market and looking for the experts in the market. Thanks.

@Jeff Cua I previously worked in multifamily property management (over 400 units) before focusing on real estate sales and single-family detached homes in Las Vegas/Henderson.

The best way to find a solid property manager for multifamily is to shop/tour some smaller apartment communities in Las Vegas/Henderson.  Anything under 200 units is probably best.  Ask the leasing agent, assistant manager, or property manager give you a tour of the community.  Take note if the complex is well kept and if possible ask to see a vacant unit vs a model.  If all seems well you might consider reaching out to the assistant manager/manager to interview for the job.
