CPA Recommendation - Southern New Hampshire

Hello BP!  I recently moved to Southern New Hampshire and I am looking for a CPA that works with RE investors and is knowledgeable in tax advantages/strategies and can help with preparation/filing.  I currently have 3 investment properties all out of state so it may not be necessary to have the CPA local, but just may be more convenient?
