I have been building up some relationships with investors over the last couple years but my brokerage is really residential forward. Seeking off market opportunities and just plain ol' meet other agents. I have one buyer seeking a shopping center or warehouse with office space in Warren, Sterling Heights, Madison Heights, Troy and looking for anyone who has a good network to help me out.
