Airbnb friendly areas and agents near west palm beach FL

Looking for an Airbnb friendly area in the west palm beach/ Fort Lauderdale area if anyone has any tips! Trying to get as much research in that general area as possible before diving in to try and purchase. I guess while I’m here if anyone knows any good wholesalers in that area as well

Hey @Andy Rousch.  My wife and I currently own and run 3 in Fort Lauderdale with an extensive knowledge of all of Florida.  We have most of the areas solved from a deeper statistical dive and have contacts for vendors as well.  I run the analytics side and never just plug them in to a calculator, but build out models with 95% confidence intervals and adjust the data bi-annually.  My wife, @Isabela Faria-Newell is extremely well versed as an agent in the space and we can certainly help.  Sent over a DM.
