Need a good property management company in Peoria, IL

I live in Arizona and have two properties in Peoria, Illinois, which are currently managed by a local property management company. I am extremely dissatisfied with the property management company and would like to switch to another one as soon as possible. Could you please recommend some good property management companies in that area? . Despite several requests from the property management company, I have yet to receive the 1099-misc form. How should I file my taxes if I don't have this one?. Thank you very much

Hey @Ananda Meka - I don't have a specific property manager down in Perioa since I'm up north in Chicago, but I am sure @Brad Stegall knows someone.  They also hold an awesome meetup where I am sure you can find the right PM.  Good luck!
