ISO STR property manager for a Condo in Little River, SC

Hi,

I am pretty new to STR, I closed the property in Jan and got everything set up and currently using Evolve, while they are good they are still half-service only.

I am looking for someone local who does property management for STR and does full service.

I have not explored doing it myself, but if it is a better bet I would love to explore that as well.

Any recommendations or pointers in the right direction are highly appreciated.

Hey @Shankar Patil. So you need to know that Evolve owns your listings and photos. When you leave them, you don't get any of that. You will have to create a new listing with new photos. So just be prepared for that.

Why not manage the property yourself? You have already done the hard part with cleaners etc. Managing the listing is the easy part.
