Hey everyone! I think I've spotted my first deal, I've run the numbers and it appears everything works but this is my first one so I'm lacking in confidence. I would like to partner with someone, preferably in the Denver/Westminster area, that has wholesale experience and is willing to go over the numbers with me and walk me through the process.

I'm looking to treat this as a learning experience and split the profits with someone who's willing to take me under their wing.
