We will pay you $150 per door AND 10% of the management, leasing, and renewal fee INDEFINITELY as long as we manage the doors you refer to us. More about me/EPOC: I work for an investment fund that manages a portfolio of over 600+ houses across the US called EPOC Real Estate. We have recently opened our own property management company (EPOC Property Management) because after working with 12 different PM companies across multiple states - we thought we could do better and have. We created EPOC Property Management with the intent of maximizing our NOI through decreasing costs and maximizing market rents. So far we have 300 houses under management in the Triad Area with the goal of doubling that each year.
