A little bit about us: I work for EPOC Real Estate, an investment fund that manages a portfolio of over 600 houses across the United States. Our goal with EPOC Property Management is to maximize our NOI by reducing costs and maximizing market rents. Currently, we manage 300 houses in the Triad Area, and our aim is to double that number each year.
