To Anyone Needing Any Kind of Repairs

Hello!

During my first week as a realtor, I was scrambling around looking for an opportunity, whether it be helping a family of 4 buy a house, to a college student looking for a place to stay. I was looking to make my mark and capitalize on client care for anyone. I took my efforts of marketing first on Facebook and at first, nothing. Then a couple of days go by and my phone rings! Like a kid in a candy shop, I was excited to answer and non-spam number that came my way! So I answer it and right up front they asked if I could sell their house, so I go to walk through the house and the house was absolutely beautiful! From the redone roof to the finishing on the trim, the rehab to this home was first class. This construction team had done a full gut remodel of a house! After the house sold, one of the team members of the construction team asked for work!

Since that question, my mentor and I have used them in the rehab process of single-family homes, townhouses, and apartment complexes. So if anyone ever needs a small or major repair, I have a construction team that gives MAJOR discounts through me. 

Reach out if anyone needs repairs done, but either can't find the right people to do it or the people that do the work are too expensive. Would love to help and be as resourceful as possible!
