Looking for agents in both Oklahoma City and Tulsa who would be interested in becoming referral partners with our hedge fund. We have an active portfolio of over 600 homes, and we purchase roughly 15-20 properties per month in these markets. Our aim is to work hand-in-hand with agents on both property purchases as well as paying them for any referrals made to our property management company. For each door referred, we offer a payment of $150 along with 10% of the leasing, management, and renewal fee, paid to you indefinitely as we manage the property.
