In search of investor friendly agent looking to make passive income through referrals

Hi friends! Just looking for agents in North Carolina that are open to a referral partnership with a hedge fund. I help manage a fund that buys ~15-20 houses a month across those markets and we manage a portfolio of over 600 homes. Looking to partner with agents to buy homes as well as pay agents for any doors they refer to our property management company. We are paying $150 per door and 10% of the leasing, management, and renewal fee INDEFINITELY as long as we manage the property. I personally think it would be a sweet opportunity to make some passive income and am looking for an agent(s) that feel the same.
