We're on the lookout for real estate agents in Waco, Killeen, Temple, Wichita Falls, and Amarillo who are interested in becoming referral partners with our hedge fund. We are first and foremost investors with a portfolio of over 600 homes and purchase 15-20 properties per month in these markets.

 We're starting a new property management company and looking to grow by incentivizing agents to refer their clients to us. We want to work together with agents on property purchases and pay them for any referrals made to our property management company.

For each door referred, we'll pay you $150, plus 10% of the leasing, management, and renewal fee, paid to you indefinitely as we manage the property. It's a solid opportunity to earn passive income and work with a successful hedge fund.
