Funding for renovation on STR MTR PROPERTY OPTIONS
HEY Guys Hope All is well im asking for my fellow bigger pockets colleagues to please and kindly point me into the right direction to some renovation funding lenders i am here in the beautiful miami fl i have 2 multifamily 1 triplex and 1 duplex that are LTRS currently that im looking to CONVERT into STRS OR MTRS IM LOOKING TO get at least 60k in renovation funding any recommendation or advice will be helpful !
