Hey all, I am new investor in Miami and I am interested in B-C class value add properties with 5-20 units. With that, I was wondering if anyone knew any good property managers experienced working with these type of properties in the Miami area? Thank you.

Reach out to Alex at Threshold. Not sure if they can go up to 20 but I believe they can. Haven't worked with them personally but I met him at our meetup last month and his company seems interesting.
