Multifamily financing – LOW RATES – Success Lending

  • 5+ or more units.
  • Stabilized property condition.
  • Minimum loan amount of $1 million.
  • Minimum purchase price of $1.43 million.
  • Minimum down payment is 30%
  • Property can be zoned residential, or commercial. Either is fine.
